The excitement continues for Lovejoy Wharf residents as rising restaurateur and local favorite Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli will be opening his first restaurant, Alcove, in spring of 2018. The Eastern Standard and Island Creek Oyster Bar alum will bring his own vision to Boston’s newest waterfront hotspot and deliver a highly anticipated indoor and outdoor restaurant that will offer dining and drinks in one of Boston’s most memorable settings.
This new concept complements the unparalleled luxury lifestyle that Lovejoy Wharf delivers, from door to door valet to Luxury Attaché services, to unparalleled amenities, and a rooftop sun terrace with sweeping views of the city. Come spring, residents and neighbors alike can indulge in an intimate dining experience with family or an entertaining evening of sophisticated cocktails with friends.
This new restaurant builds on an exciting waterfront neighborhood at the nexus of the North End and Beacon Hill, minutes away from the TD Garden, award-winning restaurants, exceptional retailers and popular fitness studios. The property is easily accessible by car, bike, foot, train, and – soon – water taxi. Diners will be able to take in spectacular views of Boston Harbor, the Zakim Bridge, and the Bunker Hill Monument, on a completely revitalized portion of Boston’s waterfront.
Related Beal has a long history of incorporating exceptional dining experiences into their residential offerings and has created some of Boston’s classic restaurants. The Arlington hosts Johnny Sheehan’s Liquid Art House, and The Clarendon is home to Post 390. In New York City, Related recently announced a new culinary collection at Hudson Yards with concepts from star chefs Thomas Keller, David Chang, Costas Spiliadis, and Jose Andrés. Related’s Time Warner Center is home to Per Se, PorterHouse, Masa and will soon welcome Momofuku Noodle Bar and a BlueBird from London.
As Related Beal President Kimberly Sherman Stamler explains, “We build homes with lasting appeal, in neighborhoods where people want to live and invest. A key part of that process is finding the right hospitality partners, and we look forward to welcoming Tom and his team to the neighborhood.”
